J has been getting so great at hitting the ball! I bought both boys a wiffle bat and ball. Grammie found J a tee that has a ball on a string so he can hit that and then the ball doesn't go too far. He is getting AWESOME at hitting the balls pitched to him also! On nice days we are all out there hitting the ball and running the "bases". J's infield is about 2 square feet! Its a blast, T even gets in on it! (Yes, those are goats in the background trying to get in on the game!)
Speaking of T, he just turned 2!! Time flies! I made him a hamburger cake. It tasted awesome! He got some really great toys. A t-ball set of his own, a veterinary kit, big boy underwear and a back pack among other stuff! Big brother picked out gifts of his own too! 
J had a field trip to Lowe's where we toured the store and then made table top basketball hoops. The kiddos were all decked out in their safety glasses and aprons. One of the Lowe's guys helped T make his, even held the nail while T hammered! Braver than me!! It was great and the kiddos had such a good time!!Signed myself up for college, starting this summer! I am excited to be learning again, but it is scary at the same time! I have to take summer quarter and am wondering how to plan camping trips around assignments! After school has started I am sure I will have a feel for how much we can do. We are really looking forward to spending some time with friends around the campfire!
