Fun Times!!

Here is J blowing out his birthday candles. They were magic candles and he thought it was fun that they re lit. I wonder how much of his spit was on the cake?! Here is his awesome new big boy bike that he got. I was concerned he might be intimidated by it, but he took off on it no problem. He thinks the hand brake is very cool. He also got some Legos, rocket toys, clothes and Skechers. We had to trade the Skechers in for a larger size. J chose to get some light up ones, so now his feet flash red and blue like a police car. I had hoped we were past the light up shoe stage!
Today J's preschool went to the fire station for Fire Safety Week. Here is J and his friend Casey. What is it with boys and firetrucks? Oh, excuse me this is a fire engine. We learned there is a difference between the two. Firetrucks have large ladders on them, fire engines do not. Now you know!
J loves to be the one to jump in and be special. Here he is showing the others how to STOP - DROP - and ROLL. Very exciting.
It was a great time and even T had fun. He wanted to crawl up on the fire engine and I had to keep after him. So independent!
