Fun with Daddy

J went with Daddy this past weekend to his first Seahawks game! He was so excited to go and I was so nervous he was going! Big crowds and children are a bit scary to me. But they did just fine without Mom hovering around. :) It was a great time for them. They grabbed lunch before the game and then went to the kids area where J threw a football. Then up to their seats. J was so proud that he didn't have to wear his earmuffs, those fans get really rowdy! The Seahawks beat the St. Louis Rams 37-13! Whoo-hoo! Go Hawks!

J needed some new rubber boots, what is it about little boys living in their boots? And of course T wanted some too. So off we went looking for boots. Found these awesome alligators, and J only wanted them if T got the same ones. Totally surprised Mommy, didn't think they would want to be the same! T is finally getting the walking in boots down, looked like a mini-Frankenstein for awhile!
Check out the crockpotting blog. My friend Heather is really using and enjoying it. Her hubby is wanting some new meals and she is loving the ease of a crockpot. I'll be checking out more myself too. I love when the house smells good during the day, and its a nice warm meal. Plus, getting everything out of the way in the morning makes the day easier. I read that using your crockpot is more energy efficient than using your oven too. Bonus.
