Cafe Mom

Oh boy. I joined Cafe Mom after I saw there was a group of 100+ moms from my town. I thought it would be a great way to advertise my MOPS group and meet more local moms. So today I got on there to set up my profile and I found a Clorox laundry game. You are sent to other people's homepages (much like myspace) and find dirty laundry and click on it. The laundry gets added to your basket and once your basket is full you wash it. There are different levels, clothes are worth varying points and you can get a bonus (like pocket change) and that will bump up your score. Not sure what the point of this game is, but it is a bit addictive!!
I took my friend Amy to paint pottery yesterday for her birthday present. Wanted to bring my camera so I could take a pic for here, but my husband had the camera. Come to find out the camera was in the garage. Oh well, I'll take a pic when I go to pick it up. I made a decorative teapot for Grannie's 74th birthday. Amy made a crock to put on her counter. I think this is her 3rd item that is part of a set. She has a grape themed kitchen and is adding to the decor. Very pretty.
Off to a day of staying home and cleaning! Tomorrow we are heading to Seattle to visit my friend Wendy who is up from California. I will definitely have pics of that.
